Close your eyes. You are in the depths of the woods. Slowly, the good spirits of the forest will penetrate to the very depths of your being, and deliver you from the gloom of the world. This is the world of the friendly (and very festive) KORPIKLAANI, where life is good, with lots of booze and wild traditional tales. We're talking about a folk band who have added elements of Metal to their music, not the other way round. With traditional instruments often taking the lion's share, it's both surprising and bewitching. Their name means nature clan, a sort of Finnish EELV (french ecologist political party). And as their leader Jonne Järvelä says, they have one and only one objective: to party with their audience. Follow the guide, and let yourself be inebriated (that was an easy one...) by the colourful world of our merry men (and excellent musicians) of KORPIKLAANI.
